Limited Warranty Coverage

Twisted Vise LLC warrants that the Up The Hatch Bucket will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original retail purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the official warranty.

If a covered defect is identified during the warranty period and the product has been used according to manufacturer recommendations, TwistedVise LLC may provide replacement components covered under the warranty.

Components Covered Under Warranty

If a qualifying manufacturing defect is confirmed, the following components may be eligible for replacement under the warranty:

• Upper rubber seal
• Lower neoprene seal
• 18-8 stainless steel binding barrel and screw
• Neoprene fender washer
• Stainless steel washer

Replacement eligibility is subject to the terms outlined in the official warranty document.

What Is Not Covered?

The limited warranty does not cover:

• Functional issues resulting from product design
• Damage caused by misuse
• Accidental damage
• Neglect
• Product alterations
• Improper use
• Components not specifically listed as covered replacement items

Who Is Eligible?

Warranty coverage is available to the original retail purchaser or an authorized agent of the original purchaser, provided that both the product and purchaser are located within the United States. The product must have been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, and proof of purchase may be required when submitting a warranty claim.
